confusion creeps up like a twisted reflection.

the mirror twists and turns inside
reflecting back at me showing every detail every angel
i wish i could get to it
see what makes me me
it strangles my soul
and teases my stone heart
how could the mirror ever loose
to a tormented mortal?
when all that i can see is pure pain
swirled around and bathed in blood rain.
my shadow lurks seeing everything i am.
and trying to expose me.
